The Winners of the UvA Impact Challenge!

On September 26th, Carré buzzed with energy, creativity, and ambition as 10 student teams took the stage for the grand finale of the UvA Impact Challenge. After months of preparation, coaching, and pitching, the finalists presented their bold ideas to a full audience and an expert jury from leading organizations including de Brauw, Microsoft, GVB, ETCA and Guidion.

The finale showcased the innovative power of students at the University of Amsterdam, tackling real-world challenges across health, sustainability and community. We’re proud to announce this year’s winners:

About the UvA Impact Challenge

The UvA Impact Challenge provides a platform for students to showcase and develop their innovative ideas, related to societal and entrepreneurial issues. As participant you will be supported by coaches from the industry in making real progress in realizing a viable business plan. It is the perfect opportunity to connect with partners and broaden your network for the future!

The contest is an entrepreneurial and innovation competition for all students at the University of Amsterdam. The University of Amsterdam initiated the contest to bring the academic institution, students, government institutions, companies and organisations together in a community where innovation, entrepreneurship and co-creation are key.

Students are encouraged to pitch their creative ideas and projects and further develop them into a feasible concept. Community building and co-creation with the business community is essential for this and of great added value for students at the University of Amsterdam as for companies and organisations belonging to the partner network.
