Campuslink connects students with a bicultural background to their dream job by leveraging their energy-dominant competencies because everyone deserves to do work that energizes them.
The challenge
In the Netherlands and worldwide, students with a bicultural background face significant workplace discrimination. Negative stereotypes are prevalent, and they encounter various challenges once they enter an organization. Many of these challenges stem from navigating between two or more cultural worlds.
The solution
Campuslink aims to support these students and young professionals in their search for their dream job and ideal organization through the Personal Talent Analysis (PTA). This approach focuses on identifying their energy-dominant competencies. With over 4 million job vacancies expected in the labor market, we want to ensure that our students find the right opportunities and pursue work that truly energizes them.
