The challenge
Job searching is mentally exhausting and isolating. Many recent graduates struggle with burnout, self-doubt, and uncertainty about their future. Unlike students or employees, they lack a dedicated community and structured support system to help them stay motivated and accountable.
The solution
JAMBLE! is a matchmaking platform that connects job seekers with "Job-Seeking Buddies" in their city to apply for jobs together in structured co-working sessions. Users get matched based on personality, industry, and work style, then meet up in libraries or cafés to stay productive and motivated. JAMBLE! provides a guided focus system, social icebreakers, and stress-reducing elements like interactive avatars. It transforms the lonely, exhausting job search into a supportive, community-driven experience.
